HealingHer is an 8-module program that focuses on prevalent and relevant issues that surface as a result of sexual assault or abuse. The healing process to repattern, rewire, and reconnect. We nurture the her in your story.

WHEN TO GET HELP -- when it’s negatively affecting personal, professional and romantic life

Our program is created for women by women. We have designed each module to explore ourselves deeper, connecting both our mind and body, to re-regulate ourselves & create balance for your life. HealingHer is the groundwork necessary to move towards personal power and sexual freedom.
1. Unstuck Yourself 
Lead by Dani Reid
In this module, we discuss:

• What trauma is
• How it lives in our body
• Best practices for working through trauma
• What may come up when you are getting “unstuck”
• Tools & worksheets for support are provided.
2. A Hug Hello 
Lead by Brenda Cochran 
In this module, we discuss:

• Self-compassion & forgiveness
• Common humanity vs isolation
• Mindfulness vs over-identification or avoidance
• How to challenge old beliefs to rewire our brain
• Tools & worksheets for support are provided.
3. Waiting to Exhale 
Lead by Danielle Nash
In this module, we discuss:

• The risks of diagnosing yourself
• The fluctuation between hyper- and hypo-arousal and how to find balance in the Window of Tolerance.
• How to recognize patterns and themes that are triggering
• Understanding the difference between resilience and adversity.
• Tools & worksheets for support are provided.


4. A Slowdance on the Inside 
Lead by Stacey Harris
In this module, we discuss:

• How yoga therapy can help areas of secual dysfunction
• Simplifying your life
• How breathwork can be therapeutic
• Tools & worksheets for support are provided.


5. New Landscapes (EMDR) 
Lead by Stephanie Bultje
In his module, we discuss: 

• The benefits of evidence-based therapy, Eye Movement, Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR)
• How to safely build a map of your trauma trigger points.
• How to create an action plan.
• Why safety and a strong support system are crucial.
• Tools & worksheets for support are provided.

6. Ready to Bloom 
Lead by Erica Stockdale
In this module, we discuss:

• Cognitive behavioural therapy as an effective way to deal with depression after trauma
•  Why traditional talk therapy can be troublesome
•  A deeper understanding into this modality & the role it can play in your healing journey
•  Tools & worksheets for support are provided.


7. The Love Below 
Lead by Katrina Marie, aka Pleasure Priestess
In this module, we discuss:

• Common hangups of sexual dysfunction
• Learning to express compassion to work through pain & guilt
• Speaking up & voicing what you need/want
• Tools & worksheets for support are provided.








8. The Interception 
Lead by Erica Stockdale
In this module, we discuss:

• Understanding what classifies a dissociative disorder
• Recognizing what happens when we block out trauma from our memory
• Using compassion to heal
• Identifying the difference between healthy and unhealthy coping mechanisms
• Tool & worksheets for support are provided.





9. BONUS: THE POWER DUO
Health & Supplementation with Dr. Katie Hay
In this module, we discuss:

• When and why to consider supplements
• How to come off prescriptions in a safe & healthy way
• Recommended research resources
• A thorough list of supplements to consider

Nutrition through Food w/ BJ Hardick
In this module, we discuss:

• How we are designed to heal
• How to reduce inflammation through food
• An introduction to 90-day benchmark nutrition plan & how to measure changes in your body effectively.
